Mike patiently gave me my choices to resolve the problem: replace and up-date the switch or tighten the wire. "Tighten it, Mike," I said. (I like making an informed decision.) Within minutes he was done. He's an asset to the company. PS Fixing a light switch is not given in the "What work did you need done? * section of the review template."
