When he it all back together, he discovered that the problem was fixed by drying the components.IA few days later, I found that the ice dispenser wasn't working when it had been before the initial problem. Jeff came back, pulled the motor and left it to dry, suggesting that we could put it back in a day or two. He was in the neighborhood the next day, however, and came over to put it back together. It worked and now all is well. That was an additional $80 charge which I was very happy to pay. <br /> I highly recommend this repair shop. From my first phone call with Allison to Jeff's visits to my house, I felt like they paid attention to the problem I described and did what was necessary to fix it without any wasted time or money. I'm particularly happy that he didn't just throw parts at the fridge, but made the effort to find the problem and resolve it. I certainly will use them again. <br />"

"Gary, the owner of GT Electronics, contacted us immediately and came on the day before New Years eve to diagnose the problem. He found that the Costco guys that assembled the dryer had not connected the electrical hook up correctly (which could have resulted in one of us being shocked via 220V, or started a fire - something to think about when ordering thru Costco). He rush ordered the repair parts, and came on New Years Day to complete the repair. It works properly now. I have no complaints, only compliments for Gary."

"Good. "Sink drain" turned out to be iron sludge build up between once-piece corian countertop and sink unit. The iron sludge emits a sulphuric smell through the overflow on the one master bedroom sink. I have to spray a bleach solution into the overflow to cut the buildup. That or purchase a new one-piece countertop-sink unit. The faucet tightening went fine. Turns out the previous owners put the wrong gasket on top of a faucet and tried to tighten it to the counter top. He got it fixed. The ceiling fan was vented incorrectly and they will have to come back when the snow is off the roof and vent the fan correctly."
