When the amount came back several days later I learned that the cost was beyond what I had budgeted. I thanked the man for his professionalism and told him that I would have to spend time increasing the funds in order to have the work done. Finally, I told him that when my budget allowed it I would get in contact with him and have the work done. He understood and told me to call him when I was ready. That sounded fair to me."

"Dealt with Bob directly.  He as always very kind, punctual and understanding.  Even though it was a difficult job, Bob and his crew welcomed the challenge and did an excellent job.  After the job was completed, there was a change that needed to be made to some of the drains that were installed.  This was also met with the same hassle free professionalism as before.  I look forward to working with this company in the future and I'd recommend their services to anyone."
