"Very pleasant gentleman. Arrived on schedule and called before he came to make sure I was home. Unfortunately my dishwasher had a blown motor and the cost of fixing it would have been greater than a new one. I paid the service charge which I thought was fair. Will keep him in mind if something else breaks."
