The Lift and Level representative examined the garage and told me that the crack in the floor was a symptom of bigger problems with my garage foundation, and he advised me to look into that before repairing the floor. Subsequent investigations proved that his assessment was correct. (Another concrete leveling company simply gave me an estimate for repairing the floor, which would not have helped at all.)
