"Michigan Fence installed our Mocha Vinyl fence in the fall of 2017. The owner was very responsive, very professional, friendly and not pushy. He came to the house for the measuring and to understand what we were looking for. He followed up with sample pictures and the quote. The crew (two gentlemen) who did the install were very friendly and professional. They asked us for our preferences for presented solutions if they ran into issues. The job was supposed to take 3 days but due to extremely heavy rain one of the days it took 4 days (which was no problem and we completely understood!) We love our fence it is beautiful and the experience went extremely well. They only use high quality materials so their cost might be on the higher side? we don't know cost comparison since we did not get any other quotes. If we ever move and need another fence this company will be our first choice! We are so thankful to have a nice looking sturdy fence! Great experience and product!"

"Since the company is so busy we waited until they had time to install the fence & gates. The men that installed the fence and gate were wonderful I answered any questions that we had they were very professional and very accurate and precise. They took pride in their work and It shows. They had everything done in one day and came back a second time for a few hours to install the gates wants of the cement had time to harden for all of the posts They always called us back in a timely fashion whenever we call them. "<p>Brady's Crew were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, answered all of our questions politely and respectfully. The 1st day, they laid out the plan on the yard and dug the holes required for the Poles. They did a good job and dug them very deep to ensure they would be strong and withstand significant winds (which was promptly tested thanks to Mother Nature). We appreciated how deeply they dug for these posts, because a friend we know, who thought they were going to get a better deal had somebody else install a similar fence with disastrous results when we were hit with winds over 60 mph. Where ours stood strong, without any signs of permanent movement, many of her poles shifted and her fence required serious repair. Note that when the poles are in the ground after concrete has set, there is still flexibility of the poles. This is NOT a bad thing for a vinyl fence, necessarily. There are steel posts within and vinyl, by its nature will flex. </p> <p>They finished the work within 2 more business days, but they were also installing a fence along with our neighbor, simultaneously (we shared the cost of a property line). It has now been about 8 months and we are very happy with the end result. We waited a while to share feedback to be sure there were no issues that might present themselves over time. So far, so good. We would definitely recommend Brady's Fence Company. In fact, we already have recommended them to other neighbors and friends, one of whom are having a new fence installed by Brady's this week.</p>"
