Why I have no idea one person could have done the job! They told us it would cost $750 to remove the toilet to snake it ! Nope !!! They said they moved something and today it’s not working again ! "Installed November 2021. We needed follow up service visits to adjust system properly. Following installation/service visits, we realized that 3 binders containing collectible autographs and trading cards were missing. They were accounted for prior to boiler installation/service follow up visits by Preece Heating and Cooling. They were missing immediately following installation/service visits. Attempts to correct/compensate/resolve the matter with Preece proved unsuccessful. Although a representative of Preece pledged to investigate the theft of our possessions, nothing occurred. This representative stated that workers who installed/serviced our boiler system denied any culpability in the theft of the 3 binders. This individual no longer responds to my communications. Therefore, if you employ this concern, I strongly recommend that you have surveillance cameras sweeping the work area and/or maintain a physical presence through the installation/service visit process. We had no surveillance and trusted the Preece workmen. As a result of our naivety, we lost over $1000 worth of collectibles."
