"Instead of just lighting the driveway he designed the lighting plan, picking particular trees to light to illuminate an aesthetic path up to the house.  The result is wonderful!  The lights on the walkway to the and deck are carefully positioned and the entire effect is wonderful.  I plan to have him back to do lights in the backyard as well.

The problem is they failed to fix the plug that was dead and failed to investigate or repair the flickering lights. I still have no idea if there is a fire hazard due to an electrical short. They did not appear to have any interest in dealing with the issue. Bottom line: I now have to hire another electrician. I originally chose Palmer because they are local, were very responsive to my inquiry and had an excellent rep per Angie's List. It is unclear to me why they were unwilling to complete the job. In any event, they failed me. I will identify and retain another electrician, just not through Angie's List . They failed me as well."
