The owner came out initially and he was really great and knowledgeable. The guy they sent out to do the work was terrible to work with. He would not listen to me, was rude and cut corners. They used red marker to mark the tiles and the red marker never went away from the tile. I feel like the original company would have done a much better job and it was a shame the project did not go as I had hoped. We paid for supplies and also to have them to a little extra work outside of what the deal offered. I thought the additional pricing was fair. We never really followed up on having the work fixed because we were done with the project at that point and I just had a baby."

They did a superb job and were curteous and clean. I plan on hiring them again in the future."
