"We just had our garage floor repaired, expansion joints filled, concrete sealed, full-flake coated, and top-coated by Epoxy It MN. We appreciated that they were a local, family company, and the owner is a 3rd generation concrete worker, so they have a great deal of knowledge. They gave us a prompt and very competitive quote, got us on the schedule quickly and completed our project in a little over a day! We went with them because we felt they had a superior product, including a wide selection of custom full flake coatings, a lifetime warranty, excellent reviews/reputation and were very courteous. Their 6-step process may take a little more time, as it is more of a toughened commercial process vs. the one day residential process. We feel this process included a better base/sealant, and a visibly more desirable end product. We LOVE our new garage floor! Included before and after pics"

"Excellent. Joe Palmer came out to give us a quote, and spent a good deal of time assessing our situation and needs, developing the quote, and explaining all the details and answering our questions. The 2-man installation crew was very professional and thorough. They did a great job repairing/prepping the floor before applying the Polyaspartic floor coating. Watching them work, it was obvious that a lot of skill & experience is required to do this process properly. We had initially balked at the cost of this project, but two months later we are glad we did it and are very happy with the results."

"The floor is beautiful, but is much more fragile than we imagined. We knew we couldn't power wash it, but the floor chips if we drop anything on it, including a small garden tool. I have repaired many chipped spots. The company came and looked at it, but said that that is the way the floor is. They offered to put another coat of sealant on at our cost (at least $600). The buyer just needs to be aware that this floor is easily damaged, and the warranty doesn't cover much."

"My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result of this project. It looks so good. The epoxy coating on the parameter foundation blocks and the concrete step to the house ads a perfect touch to the new clean look. I can now sweep the floor without dealing with concrete chips, dust, rough surface and cracks. "Dustin(Zimmerman) I had the greatest experience meeting with Abe and he went over everything that needed to be done prior and what needed to be prepped for them to do the polyaspartic floor coating. He showed me some of their work that they have done prior and my coworker referred me and I saw his floor and it was amazing what they made happen with his floor and I was impressed! The price for them to come install my floor was awesome and he showed me some options that would match my house which I thought was great. I had two other bids coming in and Alamtal was so great and competitive with their price and the fact that they came on Saturday to bid the floor and could show up and get it done by the following Tuesday had me sign the papers right on the spot. "Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."
