"The service person arrived within the hours promised (noon - 4). He was professional and polite. I was busy with visitors when he arrived. He took at most 3 minutes to assess the problem and get to work. He (I was distracted with the visitors and didn't note his name) clearly explained the defect in the old part and demonstrated how it should work; was willing to take more time to explain/answer questions. Superior did a repair for us 8 or so years ago, and we were satisfied then. We would hire them again."

"We had 2 garage doors installed in Jan 2024. Our garage was unique but Aker got it done. Twice we’ve called about needed adjustments and they came out within 1-2 days to make it right. Their prices are competitive, their workers knowledgeable and friendly, and impeccable customer service. I RARELY give a company a 5 star rating but they totally deserve it. Many kudos to worker Rick. Great guy!"

"Very happy with their service. My garage door spring broke and I had no idea where to look. So, I posted on the Next Door app asking for suggestions. A couple of people suggested Nothern Door Company. I'm very happy I took their recommendations and called Nothern Door. The tech guy, Lance, came in the next day. Very friendly. He replaced the spring and tightened up the door hinges (the door is old and is falling apart) for a reasonable price. It was done in 30 minutes. I will definitely go back to them next time I need help with my garage door."
