"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"I called him in the morning. He answered the phone. We talked. He called me back 15 minutes later and gave me a time to expect him. He said between 1-2. He came around 12:55. He zeroed right in on the problem and fixed it within the half hour. Very nice and helpful."

"ChoiceHome Warranty IT IS THE WORSE...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR....YOU NEVER ACTUALLY GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHEN REPORTING ANY ISSUES...THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL TOU BACK WHEN YOU CALL...THAT'S SO THE CALL CAN'T BE RECORDED. AND THE REASON FOR NOT RECORDING THEIR CALLS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS!!!! IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO REPLACE MY HOT WATER HEATER....BECAUSE THEY (MANAGERS) LIED AND TOLD ME THE APPLIANCE WAS ON THE TECHNICIANS TRUCK WHEN IN FACT I CONTACTED THE VENDOR AND I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A PURCHASE ORDER THE THE HOT WATER HEATER....IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE...ALSO I SPENT DAYS WEEKS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE TO RESOLVE THIS..BECAUSE AS SOON AS THE REPRESENTATIVES HEARD MY FRUSTRATION THE CALL WOULD CONVIENTLY BE DISCONNECTED...I COULD GO ON BUT I THINK 🤔 THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH. STSY AWAY FROM CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!!"

In 1966, Beiter's Appliances began as a three-man partnership in a small building at the rear of 406 Hawthorne Avenue in Williamsport. Within a year, Bob Beiter obtained full ownership with a strong belief in the firm, now known as Beiter's.\n\nIn 1970 we moved to a larger store and business boomed. In 1973 we added a store in Bloomsburg (45 miles away). In 1977 we had an opportunity to sell the building we were occupying and we proceeded to build a new building a block down the street. Our new building was much bigger and in 1980 we entered the furniture and bedding business.\nBeiter's Home Center Showroom\n\nWhile outgrowing our new space, in the fall of 1981 we purchased a building in downtown Williamsport from Wolf Furniture Co. (approximately 40,000 sq. ft.), and added a 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse the following year. Our sales grew steadily, allowing us to buy out Bob's Warehouse Outlet in Lock Haven and the Wolf Furniture Co. location in Sunbury in 1991. In 1998 we added the Mansfield location, and in 2000 Beiter's became Beiter's Home Center with the moving of our Sunbury store to the former Montgomery Wards building.\n\nWhen opportunity knocks, as the old adages goes, answer it. Which is exactly what we did in 2008 when we opened our fifth store with the acquisition of the formerly Gemberling's Furniture, located in East Lewisburg.\nBeiter's Home Center Showroom\nBeiter's Home Center Showroom\n\nBeiter's continues to strive to provide the Northcentral Pennsylvania with the best "Hometown Headquarters" for quality name brand appliances, furniture, television and bedding, backed by the belief that we can be the best at what we do in this part of the state. This belief, combined with a philosophy of complete fairness to the customer is truly what has made Beiter's the company it is today.\nBeiter's Home Center Showroom\nBeiter's Home Center Showroom
