"He actually called us back and was very pleasant to deal with. Offered to put caps on both flues, was glad he had them with him so he didn't have to make another appointment to come back. Took and showed me pictures of damage to crown as well as sealed up a few cracks as a temporary fix to prevent more damage through the winter. Also explained everything to me and provided me with some very helpful information, I never felt pressured into anything and felt that he was very honest with me. Cost was more because I did get 2 caps."
