Absolutely love this fence. I can just open the door and let the dogs out. "The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.   <br /> I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!   <br /> <br /> I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion.. <br /> <br /> Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Called metro fence to replace an old wooden picket fence with a 6 foot vinyl coated chain link. Day of install the sub-contracted it out to a Gulf to Bay a fence. Called for service since Irma dropped a branch on the top rail. Kalee answered and not the nicest person to speak with since she kept you on speaker phone the whole time. She told me there is a $500 minimum charge for the truck to come out. Had I known their customer service was this bad I would have used another company. Calling the sub contractors out now to repair. Steer clear of their B.S. call Gulf to Bay Fence instead. Glad none of my neighbors went with Metro Fence. Will not recommend them to my worst enemy. So much for Angie's list and their B.S. A review rating for them."

Last Friday, I called them because one of the balances on one of the windows broke. On Monday, they called me to scheduled the repair. On Tuesday, one of their associates not only fixed the issue, but he also showed me how to apply the silicone lubricant on them. As always Window World, was polite and professional."

"Roofers yes, good.   <br /> Freeman's roofing's  "Carpenters" .  not so much.  was told they would come back out and never saw them again.  I would have done the soffit repairs myself if i knew that was what i was paying for"
