"Great job by these guys. Doug offered a style of fence that is 100% privacy that noone else seemed familiar with. They also weld metal framing to help support the gates they build which is really nice and something noone else offered. The price was as good or better than any of the estimates I got from Indianapolis companies and I had several of them out here. I recieved 8 estimates alltogether. The workers, Wes and his helper Gary, are very proffesional and clearly know what they're doing. Wes has built fences for over 20 yrs. I certainly would use these guys again in the future and would advise anyone looking for a fence to call these guys and get estimate before they make their decision.

"I've used Steve and Wood Renovation before, and had added to my fence, and built a new deck with privacy screens. Steve and his crew came the day after we spoke to power wash the deck and fencing. He even power washed 3 small teak tables I wanted to oil with teak oil for free. The following day it was dry enough to stain, and he and the crew did a fast and superb job of staining. They are very thorough and careful, taping off all the windows, siding, and doors to ensure stain does not get on areas not to be stained. The product they use is very long lasting and looks fabulous. No other provider will do my deck and fence when it's time to restain. These guys are great! Friendly, caring, professional, and skilled.

"This spring the rain was no friend to outside construction, however, America's Best Patio Rooms were able to start the project the end of June. The original size of our screened in porch was 12' x 10' which was too small so we wanted it extended by six feet to 12' x 16'. Initially we thought we'd do a three season room but after getting four estimates and deciding that we really didn't want to spend that amount at this time we kept it as a screened in porch. Because of the crumbling concrete, we had to have about five feet of the original pad removed and about eleven feet of new concrete poured. I wasn't totally pleased with the concrete work since, while the new concrete is level, the original pad had a slight decline away from the house, meaning that there is a slight valley where the two meet. This was very evident when it rained buckets while the roof was still 10' and the pad was uncovered; a lot of water collected at the valley. However, now that the roof is extended and the supports and screening in place, this, hopefully, will no longer be an issue (so far it hasn't and there have been heavy rains). While the project went slower than I would have liked (rain didn't help) in the end, the finished product is flawless. America's Best Patios uses white vinyl casing to cover the support beams and white aluminum to hold the screening which provides a very clean, flawless appearance to the porch, especially when compared to the rough cedar that was part of the previous porch. When the crew completed the porch, the appearance is clean and crisp, the screens are tight (something I really appreciate), and its a pleasure to once again use our porch. A couple things worth noting: 1) Austin, the boss, takes pride in what he does and always answered my questions in detail; 2) they hooked up an outside light even though the contract stated it was the responsibility of the homeowner; 3) painters creased two of the screens the day after the porch was completed but the crew came back and fixed them with no charge to me; and 4) the crew that did our screened in porch paid attention to the details and kept me informed as to the schedule and progress. I also need to mention that I was not enamored with the concrete work that was done; when it was completed the finish was like walking on broken shards of glass meaning that shoes had to be worn and we are definitely bare-foot people in the summer on the porch. Since I didn't want to deal with the concrete person (he had missed three appointments with me previously) I just used a belt sander with ultra coarse sandpaper and took care of it myself. So, the screened in porch is fantastic and since I sanded the concrete smooth we can walk on it without shoes. If using America's Best, you might want to discuss the concrete and the finish before signing a contract. And while I wasn't satisfied with the concrete work, the rest was top notch, so I gave them an "A" rating (wish they had a separate rating for the concrete work!) or a chance to rate them "A-"."

"We were so pleased with this company! I originally contacted Manny about a 16 hr Big Deal for wallpaper removal and booked an appt the following week. We then got ahold of a wallpaper steamer and removed the wallpaper ourselves. This resulted in a huge mess. The steamer made the primer under the wallpaper bubble and pop. I contacted Manny and explained we removed the wallpaper but now needed paint and repair services. He was very understanding and accommodating, which I appreciated since we changed our appt from a 16 hr job to an 8 hr job. In 8 hours, they were able to apply drywall mud to damaged areas, sand, apply 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint. The walls look great! We will definitely contact them again in the future for drywall repair and painting!"

"We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! I cannot speak highly enough about them!!"

"The AquaPro representative that showed up to give us our estimate was very professional and prompt about getting the quote to us.  We received multiple quotes from other companies to have our fence pressure washed and stained.  AquaPro quoted us nearly half of what everyone else was going to charge.  Within a week of hiring them to wash our fence the job had been completed.  They notified me prior to their arrival to start the job and was very thorough in explaining how the job would be completed.  My wife and I decided to stain the fence ourselves.  The owner of AquaPro was very understanding of this and personally discussed what to be careful of while we were applying the stain.  He in no way was trying to talk us into having them apply the stain, but instead was concerned enough to make sure we knew how to apply the product correctly.  I would most definately hire them again and would suggest them to anyone."

"Experienced could have been handled in a much more professional way.  The painting was rescheduled due to 'illness.'  Then I received 3 calls from the painter asking for the paint color, that i had already provided.  Called the painter and left a voice message, and sent a text message with color.  Still had to call me back.  When ordering the paint, they told me there would be an extra $15 because I requested eggshell finish.  When I questioned this, the crew-lead backed down and said there would not be an extra charge.  Felt like they were trying to 'nickel and dime' on that.
When the two-man team arrived, they had not brought the proper ladder even though the owner was here to see the room recently.  I provided a ladder for the service.  The crew-lead walked into the house with wet boots and left water on the floor.
Asked if I wanted them to fix the drywall for an extra $50, and whether I wanted a third coat for an extra $40.  I declined both.  The room did not have many drywall problems and was an off-white color; one coat should be sufficient.  The end result is definitely acceptable.  More attempts to try and 'up charge' me for these.
During discussion about drywall repair, I made it clear that I would do this work and needed the extra paint when they were done.  After they left, the crew-lead had taken the paint and I had to call to have him bring it back, which he was very reluctant to do.
They arrived with paint brush and rollers with paint from the previous job, and I let them use my utility sink to clean up the rollers.  Then, they used my spare bathroom to later clean their rollers again, without asking permission.
Was told initially by the owners that they received very good discounts on paint and I should purchase the paint through them, which I did.  They charged me $45 for the paint, and believe they only used one gallon (though I cannot verify that).  I had purchased a gallon of paint at Sherwin Williams earlier that day for $35, so they likely made more money on this.
