"We had an emergency so we contacted Clear Water. They responded immediately and I worked with Paul who was amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional and got us up and running in no time. I could not recommend them more. Thanks Paul!"

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! Steven and Wendell have been very helpful"

"They advice, and had all our questions answered on sensible and affordable options. Very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough team! We are happy with their waterproofing services in our basement (fast sump pump and a grate trench with a discharge line that goes 15 feet to the outside bubbler) as well as crawl space shield installed under our addition. It works well, and Pioneer checked a month later and a year after for inspection and cleaning. A+ work and workers."

"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"ER Services responded to my request with a phone call right away, and Henry showed up about half an hour later to do the job. He was friendly and easy to work with, and he replaced my faulty outdoor spigot. Pleased with my experience with ER Services!"

"Bottom line, we've hired Tom twice to complete repairs to our basement wall and would hire him again if needed in the future. In each instance, Tom has been very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He is punctual, fairly priced, and takes the time to understand the problem and explain the potential solutions. I recently called Tom to get is advice on another project related to our basement. In addition to taking my call and offering his professional opinion, he took the time to call back again with some additional thoughts and suggestions. Great guy, easy to work with, and trustworthy - we highly recommend Tom with A Watertite Foundation Crack Repair."
