The project came out looking great even though they were working under adverse circumstances (no overhead lights, overlap with other work going on) and a tight schedule (completion by Christmas promised and delivered, despite the conditions and some setbacks encountered along the way). There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
