"These guys can't change a wax ring on a toilet. Literally. They eventually got mine replaced at 6pm on a Friday and they were ready to give up at 5 but their boss told them to stay until done. After they got it ( it took 5 guys, 2 of them just slumbering around ), they charged me $300 for a wax ring . I refuse to pay for work that was not done and they will not return my phone calls to discuss the discrepancy on the invoice and now put a lien on my property even though I paid for the work that was actually done. They will not release the lien or discuss the invoice with me. I would not recommend them at all."
