In just a few hours he ripped out the soggy ceiling, checked the walls for damage and pulled out carpet and padding, hauled all that away then brought in at least 7 power blowers and commercial dehumidifier to dry out my living room. "The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"OK, in my opinion, skip all the "deals" and just call White Glove. I have used them several times and have ALWAYS been satisfied with the excellent work! I did, however, use a Living Social "deal" [different company] for a cheaper rate, but, ended up telling that guy to leave as he pulled the old bait and switch on me. I immediately called White Glove and Mike came out in two days! OK, you know you've already pulled up all your furniture and you pretty much want it done ASAP for that reason alone. As usual, Mike came in, assessed the job and got right to it. He did NOT, like the "other" company, use scare tactics, jack the price up because of "special" areas OR, after attempting to do that, tell me I could wait until we "got our tax refund back" to be able to pay for it! Mike pointed out the stained areas and did his best on them. The carpets looked GREAT when he finished! As a matter of fact, he was late getting to my house [he called to tell me]as the lady he had been to before was so impressed with what he had done, she asked him to do a little extra work! We had had some remodeling done and I was debating whether to just pull up the carpets anyway, but, like the other lady, I was so impressed with the work done, I think I'll hang on to them a while longer! SO, if you want your carpeting done right the FIRST time, call White Glove; you won't be sorry!
