"This was my first use of this service provider. They were selected based on rating, proximity and indicating Saturday business hours. At first they indicated they were booked up on Saturday. A Monday appointment was made but I expressed I really needed service that day on Saturday. As I continued research for an alternative provider the owner of the company called and expressed he was determining if technician schedules could accommodate a visit that day. Shortly after a call was received from a technician name Joe indicating he would arrive in a bout 40 minutes. Joe arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and completed the repair in just a few minutes.
