He was patient and professional. His team came and did the fence. The crew was so kind and also professional. They went above and beyond. They were quick and did an amazing job. I never met a business where everyone is very kind. If I could hire them 10 times again I would. Please if you need a fence or service, don’t hesitate to give them a call. You will not regret it. "The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They did a excellent job building the shadow box fence. If we requested the wood be moved to a different area because of rain (puddles in the yard). They did it with no problem. "Extremely unprofessional, gate misaligned, multiple structural errors. Left enough gaps at the bottom of the horizontal fence that my dog got attacked. I called him to fill the bottom gaps and he blocked my number. Definitely wouldn't recommend."

"It has gone very smoothly, I worked with Alfred Pickett, (205) 837-1011, who quoted the job, scheduled the job with one of Authentic Restoration's roofing crews. It is Alfred who stood fast that our roof was damaged and likely that our insurance adjuster would approve coverage payments. This occurred on an incredible day when I coincidentally paid a home inspector to inspect a small area on my roof that another "sub" of mine had patched. Alfred was standing nearby and we didn't say a word that Alfred was a roofer. I asked the Home Inspector to check our roof while he was up there - and he came down and told me the roof was not damaged by hail! When the inspector left, Alfred showed me on his "Tablet" the picture he took of our roof and there were many pale charcoal-colored spots in the picture. This was the hail damage we suspected that occurred in April 2017. Our terrific Cincinnati Insurance Co. paid all of our $40,638 roofing/new gutters bill except a $2,500 deductible that we happily paid. Authentic Restoration performed a great job on our home's roof and (don't forget) gutters. I am so big on Restoration that we got my youngest Stepson's home re-roofed due to hail damage also, and happily this home was covered by Cincinnati Insurance also (hail damage). In addition, I've led, so far, two of my neighbors who own luxury homes with hail-damaged roofs to Alfred and they are getting new replacement roofs covered by insurance. Alfred has also made things easy in doing our two jobs and I am very fortunate that we crossed paths because he has saved my wife and I some serious money and made it easy!!"

"Not well!! Would NOT recommend Kevin with McToolman! He was hired on a sub-contractor basis to install crown molding and used wrong nails (too long) that punctured holes in my AC freon line and a waterline. These were expensive repairs and he is claiming "no fault". Contractor and several others surveyed damaged and confirm he is at fault, plus their are clear pictures proving so. For someone that guarantee's his work, he is running from this "at fault" claim. Can only wonder how many other times this has happened. Look elsewhere for your service needs."

"We had a smaller tree get struck by lighting in our yard. The team was out within a day or two to give us a quote. After obtaining one other bid we decided to go with Out on a Limb. We were not disappointed. They came back the next day to remove the tree with such precision, total time was less than 30 minutes. Teresa, who scheduled our service, was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would use them again and recommend. Plus, their pricing was half of competitors quote!"

"Update to my 2018/2019 bathroom renovation - the tile they installed is now cracking and the grout is coming loose with many pieces falling out. This after being careful to seal and wipe after down after taking a shower. Having to remove all of it and redo. I initially gave a 5 star as looked good, but the quality of work was indeed sad in the end. Now looking to replace it after only 6 years. Highly disappointed."
