"Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."

"Having a background in construction, I'd like to vouch for this company's outstanding work from beginning to end. The PM that I worked with, Tom Shay, was very professional and accessible throughout the process. Very straightforward with no pressure to hire or up-sell unnecessary materials. The installation crew worked very fast and efficiently, cutting no corners and taking great care of the yard and plants surrounding the house. Their cleanup was superb and even left the excess materials neatly organized. It's so satisfying to find a roofing contractor that I could so highly recommend to others!"

"I had my roofing done, it was a complete roof replacement. The crew was prompt and efficient and Jon was project my manager he stayed in touch and called me before the crew arrived. And also called me throughout the day making sure he was available for all my questions or concerns. Im very pleased with my roof and the clean up process. I would recommend."

". Power washing (with mildew killer) was performed the day before painting. He did a good job communicating with me about a problem with his power washer.  Fortunately, he was able to fix it and at his request come earlier to power wash the left side of the garage/shed and the fence. The next day painting was scheduled to start at 8:30am. At approx. 9:15am, I called the owner to find out why the paint crew had not yet arrived. He said that due to the upcoming July 4th holiday, there were several customers pushing to get their work done before that date. I'm sure the 100 degree temperatures were probably slowing down the paint crews as well. He asked whether or not I could delay part of my work, but I had neighbors who had moved their cars and had pulled 2 dogs into the house so painters could spray paint my garage/shed from their backyard. The owner came to my house with a paint crew at 10:00am. His visit showed he cared to make things right for Angie's List customers. The paint crew leader and team was excellent -- best that I've experienced. The crew leader was bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills. And, he has high emotional intelligence with good leadership skills, and an attention to detail to ensure the paint job was done as specified in the work order. If I explained something, he understood and could translate in Spanish to his team. They applied primer and 2 coats of paint (3 different colors). I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

"I enjoy doing business with firms that promise a lot, but deliver even more. That’s the case with Vail-Wise. We had substantial rot on original 25 year old siding and Jake suggested we replace with Hardie Plank. The craftsmanship was fantastic. The crew was great to deal with. I can highly recommend this firm."

"We had New Old Remodeling install our siding, a new shingle roof, add 6” gutters, and build a screened-in porch. Everything turned out great! The crew was on time, professional, and the final results look amazing. Definitely recommend them!"

"I can not Thank Demeare and Efrain for coming out on an impossibly Hot July afternoon to repair newly discovered leaks to my roof and PVC pipe boots. Demeare was a friendly and consummate professional in estimating the costs and scheduling of my roof repairs. Efrain came out a few days later, and performed a Magnificent job in fixing my roof and pipe boots. I frown on the folks that replaced my roof 17 years ago, as they obviously did not replace these pipe boots back then. Bumble Roofing fixed these boots and some rotting plywood almost instantly. My entire roof will require replacement in 10 to 15 years and, YES! I will call upon Bumble Roofing for that project! ***** 👍"

"I had a great experience with Valiant Roofing replacing the roof and gutters on my home in Kannapolis. From the beginning of the project through completion, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. During the project, they identified a few additional issues that needed attention and took the time to explain everything clearly before making the necessary repairs. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job the right way rather than simply completing the minimum required work. The entire team was professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean when the project was finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a roofing company that provides excellent"
