Both teams worked effeciently and I am happy with the results. People came when they said they would, sent a reminder that the work crews were coming and sent a quality assurance person to check the work performed."

"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."
