My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"We met with representatives from several roofing companies before deciding to go with Power Construction. There is no question that our main deciding factor was the effectiveness of Jack Cicco, the companyâ s Estimate Consultant. In explaining the whole process to us and giving us a firm quote on the spot. He was patient in answering our many questions since we really were not up to speed on what is involved in roof replacement. The Power Construction team arrived early to get started on the work on the appointed day. We had an opportunity to walk around the house before the work started to point out shrubs/trees that we were particularly concerned about. Then the team got to work. They had the old shingles off in no time and then the owner asked us to go outside to view the bare roof. He had taken photos of some rot. We are not of an age to climb up any ladders to check on this so we pointed out to him that on hiring the company, our expectation was that they would be honest about anything that needed extra attention. We had no hesitation in giving the go ahead to have the extra work done. We were indeed astonished to find the new roof installed before 6:00 pm and the huge tarpaulins removed with all the debris. After the fact, we had a couple of questions and were pleased that the owner of the company stopped by to answer these to our satisfaction.
