He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. "My house is on a little bit of a hill. Over the years, the retaining wall and brick columns lean out. I had just asked Franky to push it all back and repair the brick columns. This was incredibly difficult because of a concrete slab in one section and a large chunk of concrete attached to the bottom of the wall in another section. He had to repeatedly pushed and pushed on this wall until it was in the original position. After that, he drilled holes in the walls, the brick columns and the slabs, then inserted rebar and poured concrete to tie it all together. This was not part of what I asked him to do, but now, thanks to his hard work, this wall is probably 10 times stronger than it's ever been. In addition to that, in our sweeping up the area each day, I had pointed out a section of the sidewalk where one section was sticking up about an inch higher than the other, creating a big trip hazard. This was the city's responsibility, yet he took the time to do a very professional repair that I'm sure the city would be very impressed by. As I mentioned, this is one of the hardest working guys I've seen. You won't be disappointed by his work."

We had multiple quotes from other companies and he was the only one who said it would take 2 weeks to complete while others estimated 4 weeks. Ever and his crew actually completed our project in 2 weeks, as he promised. Once the project started, we checked-in with Ever, every morning, and he was very patient to discuss our concerns and answer our questions, so that we would be on the same page. He made sure we are happy with his work at each step of the project, and now that the project is complete, we are very happy with his work. Ever is a conscientious, dependable and excellent craftsman! We definitely recommend him for masonry work such as retaining wall and patio."

"We met the contractor in the spring for him to survey the job and provide an estimate. He was highly recommended by others in our neighborhood. He provided an estimate but was unable to predict precisely when he would be able to do the job; he indicated a wait of about 4 months. We decided to wait for him because he had been highly recommended. Over the next few months, our area received a lot of rain, which delayed the project further but it was not especially urgent for us, so we waited. Eventually, the contractor started the job in late August. His crew was dilgent and professional. They were well equipped with the appropriate machinery and equipment and completed the job to a very high standard in slightly over 2 weeks. We are delighted with the results, which have transformed the appearance of our house. Overall, the job represents extremely good value."
