"We were very happy with the installation of our windows upstairs two years ago. Not only did they install the windows, but they added some can insulation to an area below the window, which has made a dramatic difference in our perception of warmth in our bathroom. The bathroom used to feel very cold in the winter, but now it is warmer. The company also installed patio doors, but the locking mechanism on the doors never worked correctly. We had to use the kick lock to lock the doors. However, due to our busy schedules, we didn't contact the company until two years later, but the company honored their warranty and fixed the door locks with no hassle. We have been very happy with the patio doors because they have also made our kitchen nook feel warmer, and they are much clearer to view our backyard. "The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."
