"Acorn Home Improvements,Inc. did work on my elderly mother's home. The house needed new windows. The old ones were drafty and were hard to open. In addition to replacing the windows, we decided to have additional insulation installed in the attic. Both crews, one for the windows and the other for the insulation, were professional, polite, on time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that was accommodating and completed the work as agreed upon. Mom and I found their pricing was very reasonable. Since I live out of state, I was not able to be there for the entire process so it's comforting to know that there are companies that are honest and reliable. When the project was completed mom was thrilled with her new windows and how easy they were to open and close. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! "We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. Any request we had during the construction was addressed promptly. This company is very honest, reliable and attentive to detail. The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install. "I hired them to replace and paint some of the drywall in the living room ceiling after some water damage. Thomas was a great guy, a pleasure to work with. His team showed up on time and immediately covered every piece of furniture and accessories with plastic. They also completely isolated the work area with a plastic curtain.
