Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Roger and Stan came by and not only gave us a great price, but to save us some money, we purchased the materials to do the job. They went and picked up the material we ordered and got to work. Along the way we made some modifications to the original idea and they had the experience to assist us in deciding how to build the deck we wanted. This saved us even more money and my wife and I are grateful that they took the time to help us not only build the deck, but recommend the products we needed to make it look nice. Most contractors don't let the customers buy the materials and save the money. I understand it's a business and they have their methods. Another snag getting a part from a company out west but again Scott kept me informed the whole way and even went the extra by doing some extra work at no charge and even offering to refund me some of the money.
