"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. Joe Spano explained all the details of both the replacement process and, especially, the cleanup process using a magnetic sweeper to ensure that all nails and debris were completely removed from my lawn and driveway. I liked that detail. His crew replaced all of the crumbling underlying plywood with fresh material. The entire job was completed in a single day. The finished roof looks terrific. Now I can enjoy the peace of mind from knowing that my new roof is secure for many years to come and I was also able to seek out a new homeowners policy and will be saving thousands of dollars in premiums. So, in some ways, the roof will help pay for itself. All good!"
