"Overall compared to other roofs that were replaced in my subdivision, this one does not compare...the others are better in a few ways, and easily seen. During installation one of the crew dropped a half-full water bottle down the dryer vent and not too long after my dryer would not heat. When I removed the flex tube vent from the wall to disassemble the dryer to find the cause of it not heating, that's when I discovered the water bottle. Replaced a blown-out heater element, and all is well. Fast forward to this past April. The roof started leaking in 2 places on the outside roof over our patio. It is finished with wood planks and is insulated, there are flush lights mounted in it and a fan. Electricity and water don't mix! Insulation got wet and the finished wood planks are now water-stained. Cory came over and couldn't locate the leak. He sprayed a large area with some sealant and sealed around a vent. So far so good. Overall not happy. Don't know if I'd recommend CBR."

"We had some sheet rock water damage in our master closet which we traced to the roof vent for our Range hood. We called Ridge Roofing and had an appointment set up in a couple of days, Due to some weather damage Ridge Roofing was swamped on the appointed day, however we were notified promptly and were rescheduled for the next day, I am very happy that we were kept up to date and understand completely how things can get jammed up. Dustin Lee showed up the following day on time and after looking at our vent determined that the vent itself and the connection to the roof sheathing and the surrounding shingles were in good order and that the only thing that needed to be done was to remove and replace the tape that connects the duct to the vent. I am extremely happy with the results and Dustin refused any payment for his time. We will definitely be relying on Dustin and Ridge Roofing for any future roofing requirements."

The estimate was very high, which was OK if a follow up site visit would result in a more accurate estimate based on measurements. I provided pictures of the house as requested. Got a revised, slightly lower estimate, still very high. Finally got them to set up an appointment but once they found out I had another painter also coming to provide an estimate they said they weren't coming out to measure but would do the job at the significantly higher price already provided."
