"Magnolia did such a great job for us. We hired them to build a 650 sf lower level deck with stairs leading down from an existing upper level porch. The stairs were tricky, but they designed and built a beautiful staircase. They built exactly what we wanted, and they did it right. Even the county inspectors were impressed and approved our permit quickly without any issues. The Magnolia team never missed a day, worked super ho*** ** site, and finished on schedule. Both Ken and Pedro were a pleasure to work with on this project. No doubt we'd hire them again for similar projects in the future."

The only downside was that the project took a couple of months longer than originally predicted. That said, it was absolutely worth the wait. "David's crew did a complete rebuild of a 26x8 ft deck section that had been added in 2013 and suffered rot from the new pressure treating process, as well as a complete conversion to Composite Decking for our upper decks. The project included 1500 Sq ft of upper deck & porch surface in new Trex decking and replacement of all the pickets and posts (including the lower deck) with new PT lumber rails and hogwire instead of the old pickets. Drew, Tyler & Hunter worked seamlessly together, taking time to accomplish every aspect of the project right the first time while getting an impressive amount done each day. The railing system and decking were all done precisely with great workmanship and attention to detail. The guys were also great to work with, friendly and asking all the right questions.
