We have them service our HVAC, now. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. "They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. "Water was gushing all over the place in the evening. They started immediately at 9:40 PM, hand dug the line and service box. Installed a new cutoff and repaired the line. Installed a cutoff with the water meter box and installed a post. It was an 81/2 hour job in the dark. I was extremely pleased with the work. If they didn't jump right on this job, my water bill would have probably far exceeded the repair.
