Great price, great guarantee, quick, efficient, great clean-up. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. All in all, though, they did a great job of protecting my plants and bushes."

I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. "It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. "I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"

"Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors. The front door adds a lot of curb appeal that was missing before. Overall I would highly recommend The Home Improvement Company."

"Neil and his team recently replaced six windows at my house. Two in my study and four in my basement.  He also replaced an inner door and door jam and outer storm door for the side entrance. I have had Barrier replace 14 windows, two storm doors and one entry door over the years. I have always been satisfied. Barrier installations have always been first class. Neil has always been on sight during installations for quality control. There has never been a problem with any of the windows or doors Barrier has installed. I will use them again. In the case of the latest door installed; due to the rains that came last week, the installation had to be pushed back. I understood. I said I could wait for a couple of weeks if I had to. Neil made sure I got the door installed last Saturday when the weather broke for a day. I really appreciated his desire to keep this customer happy.
