Unfortunately, we had gone through 2 different, high scoring, wallpaper companies and Thumbtack - for 2 different jobs neither of which were satisfactory, the second job in particular which included a small bathroom, walk in closet was done so poorly (dozens of poor seams, bubbles, tears, overlaps) that it had to be completely redone. David responded to us within less than a day, came to our house, evaluated what needed to be done, and was not only very informative, and let us know that we had to start from scratch and why. They walked us through the whole process after completing the job, the wallpaper looked absolutely flawless and they cleaned up so well, you couldn't tell that they had been there.
