"Several projects were done, which included: Pressure wash and paint barn, Repair and paint garage ( ceiling was falling down, Paint and tile a big office area, also adding a tile frame with mantle around fireplace, replaced and stained base board in the office, treated black mole found in office due to flooding, painted dining room, also adding new base board and replaced old out dated vents with new vents, which involved getting new sized vents, a new hole had to be cut in wall and new sheet rock , doors and shutters were also painted and installed new blinds in garage and hanging curtains in dinning room. All work was done in a timely manner and there was no mess left behind afterwards due to a great clean up job. This contractor had worked for me before and did a great job and very reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and the people he has working for him."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
