They were able to come out 2 days later, and found we did not have a major leak; but one of our sprinkler heads had gotten buried and was leaking/busted. This made it look like an underground leak. They fixed that quickly and checked our system out to make sure all was well. Will not hesitate to call them again."

"My experience with Xtreme has been outstandingly pleasant. I contacted them for an estimate to help manage the weeds and fertilization of my lawn, as well as to make some recommendations for erosion control and sprinkler system repair. I stated that I needed an early appointment to reduce my time away from work. I expected the typical 4-hour window for the service appointment. That's when the customer service of this local company really began to shine. Ronnie called around 7:30 am to let me know he was on his way, and showed up a few minutes before 8:00 am (the earliest appointment time was 8 am). He said he saw the note that I needed to go to work, and came early to minimize my inconvenience. We walked the yard and discussed my needs, and he provided a very competitive estimate less than an hour later. He even suggested I NOT spend money on one of the ideas I had for the back yard erosion, and recommended a much more cost effective option. It's still too early to judge how effective the overall treatment program will be. Ronnie stated that it would take about a year before my lawn was back to the thriving and healthy lawn it was several years ago. However, many of the weeds are already gone after just two months of treatment, and the back yard looks better than it has for the last few years. I chose to hire Xtreme for an annual weed control and fertilization plan that includes annual aeration and sulfur treatments. The overall cost was rolled up and divided into a monthly charge of around $50. That's cheaper than I can buy the materials alone, and saves me the time and hassle of having to go to the hardware store. Plus, I don't have to do the work myself, which is probably a good thing since my lawn clearly demonstrates I'm not good at this particular activity. Give these guys a call.
