After dealing with plenty of trades with their own issues of schedules, pricing, and screwups, Larry was a breath of fresh air. "They were prompt in coming out and Jamie was courteous and capable and replaced 2 springs within an hour. One had broken and he said replacing both was best which I agreed made sense. I deduct 2 stars for the cost of the supplies however. The 2 springs cost me $378 and after he left I saw the same size online at Home Depot for $113. A $265 profit on supplies seems an inappropriate mark up. I write this to inform readers to buy your coils from Home Depot or Lowe’s and negotiate an installation. Surely there is a group in town willing to do this."
