"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Amazing service, came out same day I called, very friendly, most reasonable price around. I called to have them clean a pet odor off a couch before I had guests, they made time in their schedule, did an amazing job and offered to come back if the smell persisted after this cleaning. 5 star service."

"The owner is very pleasant, punctual, professional, organized and makes a great impression. She and her team delivered great service. I’m am very impressed and pleased with their first service. I have engaged them on a regular basis."

"It was a great experience and fast! I submitted request on Sunday, July 5th and rec'd a call same day to schedule an appointment. Tech, Kerry, came out next day on Monday 7/6, gave me a great quote and fixed my wicker loveseat at my home on same day. Kerry was extremely Customer Service oriented, represents the company very well and cleaned up after repairs. Great job Kerry! I would definitely recommend Nu-Look. Maria J"

"I live out of town and hired Angel to clean for my elderly mother. She called and let me know how much she would be charging and then called after she had completed the work. My mother was very pleased with her work. I am very pleased to have Angel doing the cleaning service for my Mom."
