"Troy was excellent. Every time I reached out with a question or idea, he returned my call asap (usually within a few hours). He understood that I had to stick within a budget and went out of his way to find ways to make it happen. I decided to do much of the cosmetic work myself and he was very good about communicating when each portion of the project would be complete so that I could plan when to install flooring, put up paneling, etc. His whole crew was also helpful with advice (and even loaner tools on one occasion). He, and all of the subcontractors and workers, were professional, punctual, and friendly. I was very nervous about taking on such a big project in the summer months with four kids running around, but everyone was patient and kind with the million questions the kids asked and each day, every thing was cleaned up and left safely stored. The work itself has held up through its first winter. Everything still looks pristine, and it's definitely not raining inside the porch anymore. After years of sagging, nothing on that porch was square, but Troy and his team went above and beyond to make it work. Of course, nothing and no one is perfect, and there were some delays with materials, but Troy was always upfront about any delays, responded to my concerns, and got things back on track, I would happily hire this company again."
