"Mr. Whatley returned my phone call the same day I made my initial call. He was very polite over the phone as I tried to explain all that needed to be done on my property. I already had a circular asphalt driveway that was old, uneven, cracking, and in need of repair, including a 3-car carport. There are 2 exits to my property, including an electric gate. I called to ask for an estimate or a driveway to accommodate a second home on the property, and to create a sidewalk from the driveway to the side door. <br /> Johnny Whatley came out the next day to give us an estimate on what we thought we needed. Johnny was so easy to talk to and so friendly that I trusted him. I told him that we had found his company on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. Johnny was able to explain what he felt was best for our situation and how he would go about doing it. He explained everything and answered all our questions. <br /> Within 2 days they had started the project and in 2 more days they were finished. The work was stellar - the workers were all polite, clean and friendly. They didn't leave a mess in the yard, which I appreciated. Just because Johnny was a great guy, he said that if we would buy some dirt to level the yard, he would have his guys roll over it and flatten the yard out, as well as properly place some paving stones that we love to trip on. "Sales people John Nicholas and Christi Curran came to our house to prepare the estimate. We selected color and paving stones and the pattern. Christi was in training that day. After that, we dealt only with Christi. She was very prompt and friendly when I called her with questions. The proposal arrived via email in a few days. Once we made our decision, Christi came back to the house to have me sign the contract and pay a deposit. About a week later, we found out when we'd be on their schedule. The work from start to finish took two days. The uniformed Paver Connection crew of 5 or 6 men was professional, efficient, obviously experienced, and kept a neat job site. I was impressed with their attention to detail - as in getting stones to fit just right. I expected to sacrifice plants that were growing on the corners of the deck, but they completed the job and the plants were untouched. Amazing. We are very pleased with Paver Connection.
