"Advanced Construction and Development is an amazing company. They remodeled my two old bathrooms and exceeded my expectations in every way. As luck would have it, I found them on Angieâ s List. Valery, their project manager, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, gave guidance when necessary, and completely supported my vision. Additionally, she answered all of my (many) questions calmly and remained patient with my input. Valery is a most excellent collaborator. Danillo and his team worked tirelessly. Also, they were careful to protect my condo from dust, which was a major task in and of itself, since the bathrooms had old, thick tiles lining every inch of the walls and ceilings. They worked in a most timely fashion, all while keeping an easy-going, cheerful disposition. Needless to say, the bathrooms turned out beautifully and Iâ m overjoyed with the work done by Valery, Danillo, and the rest of the Advanced Construction team. Next up, my kitchen! Advanced construction is a team of honest professionals who gave me the bathrooms of my dreams. They have my highest recommendation!!!"

"In 2021, I paid Power Home Remodeling over $4,000 for a whole-house gutter system, which included a lifetime warranty guaranteeing the gutters would remain securely in place. After I contacted your company for a repair, you are now charging me $460.00 to fix the issue. I demand Power Home Remodeling honor the lifetime warranty and repair my gutter system free of charge. This charge directly contradicts the terms of our agreement. I also filed a complaint on BBB.org regarding this issue, but Power Home Remodeling has not complied with my request for a no-cost repair. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I definitely do not recommend any home improvement services from your company. "Scheduled fireplace insert three times over 6 months. First time canceled due to emergency. Second time canceled same day because did not have the insert (so scheduled work twice without actually having insert)..Today, scheduled for after 2 PM work. No show. No call. No response. If they happen to come, will update review Currently, Flue Tech appears to be just a big joke. Would not trust them to clean my floor, much less fix something that could burn your home down."
