I am living in a house which is almost 15 years old so there are certain issues that arise on my roof like shingles started buckling, the roof was sagging, flashing problems and some leakage issues. "All went very well.   Started on a Thursday, worked through the weekend and had 5000 square ft of roof complete by Saturday.  Rained on Sunday and his Carpenter didn't work Sundays.  His carpenter finished the facia on Monday and did crew did all gutters and down spouts on Tuesday.   Have a few connections to make to underground drains, but waiting on me to get the drains installed...."
