"Buy shower needed repair on the grout. I called and spoke with their scheduler she was very friendly and someone was scheduled to come out within a week. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate and matched my grout color. Within a couple days they were backed out to repair my grout. The gentleman who repair the grout was very professional and friendly the repairs took approximately 30 minutes. services were paid for at the time of the repair. I would recommend their services."

"We are so happy that we went through Pella. Ryan (our sales rep) is truly incredible and very easy to get a hold of when needed. He was prompt, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. He picked it up for me snd installed it which was no small task as the company didn't send all the parts to hang the door and adjustments has to be made to make it fit. I was very pleased and when my water heater went out on labor day weekend I called him again and he repaired it for $55.00 with no extra charges for the holiday. I plan on using him all the time for my handyman projects. He is a lisenced plumber by trade."

Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials.
