"June-July 2020: I had (3) projects completed by Damon/Mike of Mr. Sparky's. The first job was installing a GIFI switch on the front porch. The second job was supposed to be installing an interlock switch in my main electrical panel for my generator (though due to the age of the panel we settled for an exterior recessed plug outlet). The third job was running an electrical feed and installing a sub-panel into my workshop. During these three projects we had some glitches (as in this kind of work happens frequently). But, Damon, Mike and the Sparky Management made them all good and I would recommend Sparky to others because of their willingness to bend, good work quality and desire to provide overall customer satisfaction. Eddie from Jerizen Electric contacted me and we set up an appointment for the next day. When he arrived the socket was no longer tripping. In addition, they checked to ensure there was no damage to the electrical box in garage and wiring was adequate. Both were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service.
