"I just recently had a duct cleaning done by a reputable company after moving into another home. The time and manner in which they performed the service was well beyond what I had experienced with Top Dog. So, that is why this complaint is being filed after more than 1 yr. Top Dog advertised (and still do) $99 for 10 ducts and $15 for each additional duct. Also, they said there would be an additional nominal charge for being outside of their normal area. My home had 14 ducts, so the service charge should have been $159; however, they charged $400 plus $30 tax. In addition for the exorbitant bill, only one guy was there for 1 hr, failed to clean several of the ducts, and instead of using a large vacuum hose placed at the furnace plenum and compressed air via the vents, they only used a small brush ad vacuum hose via the vents. Clearly, I received unsatisfactory service (now that I know how it should be done) and was grossly overcharged. Its outrageous that Top Dog has an A+ rating with the BBB. I would never recommend their service and disgusted that they are still in operation."

"Terrible. Paid in advance. They cashed the check, haven't shown up yet and I have weeds everywhere. Hired them after having surgery that prevents me from lifting and fertilizing. In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"

There was never a hard-pressure sell, only honest information and answers to our questions. They did an unbelievable job! They matched floor levels perfect that originally had all different types of existing flooring materials, custom cut and stained stair treads to match the new pre-finished floor, and even matched heat vent covers. We are extremely happy with their quality, service and expertise. We have recommended UB Hardwoods to at least a dozen friends, all of which are satisfied customers now like us. This is your flooring company! Highly recommend!"
