Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. However, when the job was done, Imperial Roofing who was contacted by DaBella, took 2 sheets of our plywood worth $130 and a 2x8 worth $20. We have been trying to resolve this matter since May. All we want is a material replacement or to be refunded. How hard is that? We should not have to wait for DaBella to resolve this issue with Imperial Roofing."
