"After the most recent hail storm ours and all our of neighbors roofs needed to be replaced. Two of our neighbors ANM Roofing do theirs. So I knew the quality of their work and speed to completion. I called Leonard, the owner who came out that same day. Even as busy as he was with other jobs he squeezed us in that week. A couple days later he called and said he had been able to push our work up sooner. We had our new roof on within days. The entire job just like with our neighbors only took one day. The crew did a good job, cleaned up well after. The cost for the job using class IV shingles was still half that for others using standard asphalt shingles. FYI they were also able to do some trim work around the eaves replacing the wood. So all said based on our roof and that of our neighbors I can easily recommend them to anyone needing roof work done."

"Stonescape came out quickly after our roof was damaged and promptly secured a tarp over the damaged area. They claimed our insurance repair estimate was far too low and spent almost TWO MONTHS negotiating with the insurance company for a larger reimbursement. During the time of their so-called negotiations, a new storm led to a leak of their tarping system, causing additional damage to the ceiling inside our home. They continued to claim that they would extract more money out of our insurance company and presented us with a new contract stating that we would be responsible for the costs over and above the insurance payout. We declined to sign this, as they did not provide an amount of the exact repair costs. Ultimately their estimate was WELL OVER DOUBLE of our insurance payout + deductible. Had we signed their contract, we would have been responsible for those exorbinant costs. Their negotiations with our insurer not only led to the new leak / interior damage, it caused a delay to our actual repair of almost TWO months. When we did not accept their open-ended contract putting us on the hook for the unreasonable repair cost, they charged us $620 for tarping the roof, which was about 15% of the total insurance reimbursement + deductible. After we left Stonescape, the next roofer repaired our roof 2 days after inspecting it, at LESS THAN HALF of Stonescapes projected cost. In sum, I would NOT recommend using Stonescape Steel Roofing. Their service delays caused additional damage to our home, and the way they approach their contracts and insurance company appears an outright scam."

"BJ was great to work with. He had consistent and accurate communication regarding next steps, timing and everything regarding the project. We also needed gutters and 1 shutter replaced. The shutter couldnâ t be matched exactly, the middle slat was slightly wider than the original. You could barely tell the difference, but they ended up replacing all 4 so they matched perfectly. Just 1 of the reasons we are happy we chose COVR."

"When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project. I have nothing but praise for Bulldog roofing, but even more praise for the guy that IS Bulldog roofing to me. Darby, you'r simply the best and I'm so proud of how you do your business. What an incredible experience we had with Bulldog Roofing! I wish there was a sixth star that I could give you, Darby! Well done and thank you for taking such great care of our family!"
