"This company did a great job for us. They removed old city sidewalks and replaced them with new, plus added a sloped section to our back yard walk leading to our garage. They showed up on time, completed their work in the amount of time expected +/- 4 hours. Pricing was very competitive based on 3 bids we received prior to starting the project. Patrick and his sons Marion and Benjamin were very professional, and took care not to damage our yard any more than absolutely necessary. During the work prep several sprinkler lines were damaged and they immediately repaired them even though their written contract excluded that requirement. They are honest and courteous and we are very glad we hired this local family owned business. They are the "real deal"."

Please be aware that many service providers on Angie's List pay to get their company higher up on the list. I believe a company's reviews should determine where they appear on the list. I don't pay for preferential listing so my name appears lower on the list compared to other companies that have less favorable reviews. We can match any color, and even give you some interior design ideas. \n\nPricing can vary from project to project. It is always best to estimate this is person. My estimates are ALWAYS free of charge!!!\n Some projects that I do are done as an hourly rate (Most Handyman Services are priced this way) My hourly rate for SMALL projects are $60.00 for the first hour, an $40.00 for each additional hour, PLUS any material costs. I DO NOT mark up materials like most companies either!!! I only charge you what I pay for those materials, and those are usually discounted due to my contractor status.\n\n Painting prices average at about $300.00 for an average INTERIOR bedroom, and EXTERIOR painting AVERAGES at about $2,200.00.
