They worked with our insurance company and even met our insurance adjuster on site to discuss the findings and answer any questions. "Fortified roofing were very honest, explained everything they did and asked before going forward. I had a leak so that was addressed. I chose to have them come back to replace my screws on my metal roof. They told me it was in great shape but the screws were getting stripped. Never asked again about that issue.
