"The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review."

"He apparently forgot that he was supposed to be at my house on a certain date and time.  When it got well pass that time, I called <br /> him and he said he'd be here in about an hour as he was on another job.  Following his arrival, it became obvious the two pocket doors could not be repaired, so he went and bought 2 more and installed them the next day.  He also repainted the door jamb.  Upon departure he left some tools, so we notified him and he came back a couple of weeks later to retrieve them.  When he told my husband the cost, my husband paid him by check and requested an invoice.  That invoice finally arrived August 19, 2014. <br />"
